More Details: Our wedding day was the most fun. I wish I could do it all over again. The ladies started the day off with brunch at my best friend’s parents home. It was the perfect start to the day being able to share those moments with so many special women in my life.
The wedding party arrived separately to the Chapel where we took pictures before the ceremony. I am so glad Brant and I did not do a “first look.” The anticipation was so worth it. The ceremony was perfect and emotional for us both. Those moments were surreal and we both said after the ceremony we felt like we were the only ones in the room.
Our reception was the highlight of my day. I have always said I wanted to do “breakfast for dinner” at my reception. My dream came true thanks to our wonderful caterer with Larkin’s in Greenville. We danced the night away, ate wonderful cake, and celebrated with 200 people who love us most. It was truly the Vest Day Ever!
My dress (a strapless Mori Lee , A-line, sweetheart top with pleats) is something I never get tired of looking at. I love the clean lines of the skirt and the belt (very soft with pearls and a little sparkle) was the finishing touch. Being an out-of-town bride at times was stressful, but the ladies at New York Bride & Groom made it all seamless.
