The Fee: Reserve your appointment for $50 — and when you say yes during your scheduled appointment, that fee goes directly toward your dress purchase. No extra cost to shop this way.

The Ultimate VIP Sunday Celebration.

Want to turn your shopping trip into a private party? Our exclusive Say Yes Experience allows you to reserve the store for a private event. You bring your entourage, and we provide the luxury.

Availability: Sundays Only (When the store is closed to the public).
Privacy: You have the entire store completely to yourself. It is 100% your private experience.
The Experience Fee: $400 for a dedicated private store opening. This fee covers your exclusive access to the showroom and all customized amenities.
The Guests: Bring the ones who matter most — up to 8 guests to celebrate alongside you. Your people, your moment, your store.

  Where do I even begin?! The atmosphere and energy are so bright, welcoming, and delightful! The store is beautifully organized, and the staff truly made everyone who came with me, including my mom and bridal party, feel like royalty. I HIGHLY recommend booking one of the private rooms because they are absolutely worth the extra money!

The person who truly made this experience unforgettable for me was Sarah! She listened to my needs, paid attention to every detail, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. If I wasn’t loving a dress, she would essentially “prepare” my family for my decision, which I appreciated so much because it helped me avoid any potential disagreements.  She could tell just by looking at my face whether I loved or hated a dress, and the moment I found the one, she went above and beyond to make that moment special!

Funny enough, Sarah was the one who picked the dress I ended up leaving with! I initially told her I didn’t want a strapless dress, but she reassured me that strapless gowns are secure when properly fitted, and she was absolutely right! She listened to everything I wanted and didn’t want, even while I tried on dresses my family had picked out, and then she came back with THE ONE!

While I’m sure all the consultants are just as helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly as Sarah, I would recommend her by name without hesitation. She made my bridal appointment such a special and memorable experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me find my dream wedding dress. If you’re booking an appointment, ask for Sarah! You won’t regret it!

  We purchased my Daughter’s Dress on Saturday. Many to choose from! Cary was helping us and she was Wonderful! My Daughter had tried on a few dresses, so Cary understood what she wanted. She disappeared and came back with the PERFECT dress! Bride and Mom were very happy!

  I had the BEST EXPERIENCE at NY Bride & Groom! Brooke made me and my fiancé feel so welcome and at such ease. She patiently listened to what I loved (and didn’t) and brought dresses suited to my very specific taste. I ended up getting one she pulled for me and it couldn’t be more perfect! The selection is huge and the price point is extremely fair for the quality of product and the value of service given. We are eloping on a tight timeline and quite anxious about the turnaround time but they figured it all out without any heir of hesitation or annoyance. The staff is authentic, mega friendly and top notch at what they do. They custom made my husband’s suit and we got to pick out the fabric, color and got to include some fun details you’ll see in the photos. We both felt truly beautiful on our big day! I’d give 100 stars if I could! Best bridal shop in Charlotte hands down! Go check out for the best experience. True professionals that love what they do!

  The most perfect bridal shop! Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to help me find my dress. They are so knowledgeable on what they do and use what you love or don’t like about dresses to find the perfect one for you!   This is the perfect shop if you're the bride that wants to go through the racks and pick the dresses you want to try on! They had tons of gown options and were organized by silhouette. There were plenty of bridal consultants to bring dresses back to your dressing room and help you in the dresses. It was more of a team effort compared to a one-on-one appointment.

  As a first time dress shopper, I was so nervous for the whole process but this experience was nothing short of magical. I walked in and immediately got a room. I had no idea what I was looking for and it was so fun to walk around and pick out dresses. The amount of attention from the staff was perfect. They were there if you needed them but never pushy on anything. They offered great advice and such kind words! You can tell everybody here truly loves what they do and that meant the world. Kathy was so helpful and welcoming both times I was there. She reassured me when I was overwhelmed and was the ultimate hype girl. I seriously wish she would come to my wedding and be with me on my wedding day. Everyone on staff made the dress shopping experience so fun. They all had such positive attitudes and were willing to help in any way possible. Once I picked my dress they made me feel so special with their celebration ritual. No appointment is needed at New York Bride & Groom of Charlotte — walk in any time we’re open and a stylist will help you that day. We’ve built our name on walk-in bridal shopping. If you would rather hold a set time, a private 90-minute Personal Appointment is available Tuesday through Friday, and the Say Yes Experience reserves the store privately on Sundays. Both can be booked on this site or by calling your local New York Bride.

New York Bride & Groom of Charlotte is at 4618 South Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28209, open Tuesday through Thursday 11am to 7pm and Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm. We are closed Sunday and Monday. Sundays are reserved for the Say Yes Experience — a private booking with the store closed to everyone else. During open hours no appointment is needed; walk in any time.

New York Bride & Groom of Charlotte is a walk-in bridal store with over 1,000 gowns, private suites, and a gong to ring when you say yes. We keep it relaxed and pressure-free — no appointment needed, and nobody rushing you toward a decision. The Say Yes Experience reserves the whole store privately on a Sunday if you want the day to yourself.

Designer wedding gowns at New York Bride & Groom of Charlotte start at around $1,200 and go up to about $3,500. That range covers our full-service salons in Charlotte, Raleigh and Columbia. If your budget is firmer, our Last Look outlets carry designer gowns from $249.

Yes — New York Bride Last Look is the outlet side of the New York Bride family, run by the same people, with designer gowns at 50–75% off retail. Same brand, same buying team, family-run since 1994. The salons are the full-service experience where you special-order your gown; Last Look is where designer samples go.
