Out-of-Town Menswear Order Form

Both our Charlotte and Raleigh, NC locations have full menswear departments that allow you to order your rental or purchase suits either in-store or online. If you live out of town or prefer to submit measurements online, the order form below must include both the Bride’s and Groom’s name, as well as the wedding date, to ensure your preselected styles are ordered. Please check with your Bride and Groom for the order total.

All rental orders submitted will be shipped complimentary, to your requested address. If you need to have your suit shipped to our store please contact us the store location you would like to pick up. Purchase suit will first be delivered to the store in which the wedding party is registered.

Acceptance of Rental Agreement Terms
Thank you for choosing New York Bride & Groom. We value your business and will do everything we can to ensure the best service for all of your formal wear needs.

The SUITED Department at New York Bride & Groom does not accept cash and requires a valid ID and credit card to rent our formal wear.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. All rented merchandise must be returned by the Monday following the wear date. Any merchandise returned after the Monday following your event will accrue a $50 per day fee. If the merchandise is not returned after a week of the wear date, it will be deemed lost or stolen. Appropriate measures will be taken to collect any merchandise or debts with a maximum penalty of $750. If payment can not be collected, a claim may be filed with the magistrate's office. Any rented garments that are not returned is considered a punishable crime.

The SUITED Department requires that you try on the garments upon receiving your items. If a replacement is required for your rental item, we require at least 3 days prior to your event date to ensure the replacement item(s) arrival. Any requested replacements two days or less before the event are subject to a $50 shipping charge.
