More Details: We both grew up near the ocean and our wedding was inspired by our mutual love of the beach and of being outside.
The best part about our wedding day was having our closest friends and family there and being able to enjoy our time with them in such a beautiful setting. Some special moments included: having my groom’s sister as our officiant; my dad walking me down the aisle; cutting the beautiful and delicious cake; the wonderful food; and, most especially, our first dance. We had taken some dance lessons and had been practicing and we really had fun with it!
We would like to thank everyone at our beautiful venue, Celebration Cottage in Atlantic Beach, NC. Additionally, we would like to thank all of the vendors we worked with who helped to make our day wonderful.
My dress made me feel very glamorous from the moment I first put it on. It was a trumpet style made of tulle with layers of ruching. I added a glittery belt (Allure Bridal S89) and it was perfect! My whole experience with New York Bride & Groom was excellent. The dress fit perfectly and everyone there was very nice and helpful.
