The Wedding Dress: The designer was Justin Alexander. I saw the dress on Pinterest before I even got engaged and knew it was the dress! It was A-line and strapless with a sweetheart neckline. Beautiful ivory lace, flowers and pearls covered the ivory/gold lining. It came with an ivory, long-sleeve, lace bolero that I wore for the ceremony.

More Details: Our wedding was perfect! Everything I dreamed it would be. It was an Old Hollywood theme. Our colors were black, ivory and dark red. We chose not to have programs for every seat but instead had our invitation designer Elizabeth Connelly make our program the size of a movie poster and she made it look like an old movie poster! It was gorgeous! I had the bridesmaids carry black clutches instead of the traditional bouquet. The boys wore traditional black suits with ties.
I can’t pick a favorite vendor because I literally had the “dream team”! I did however email Richard, our photographer, the day after we got engaged (before we had a date set!) because I was and am OBSESSED with his style. He uses a lot of film to capture moments and I knew that would fit perfectly with our theme!
The goal of my wedding was for everyone to leave and say, “That was the best wedding I’ve ever been to.” And we accomplished that and more! Thanks to our amazing vendors, I Do Wedding Consulting, Split Second Sound (If you can, hire Vinny!), Lily Greenthumb, Extravaganza, Lindsey Regan Thorne, and the awesomely talented Timm Young Films!
